What is the cost to rent this listing?List Item 1

What if I don’t want to rent for a full week?
When renters would like to stay less than one week, a 4-night minimum is required.
Nightly rates are:
Peak Season (May 20 – Sept 20): $600/nightly
Off-peak Season (Sept 21 – May 19): $425/nightly

Are linens included in the rental/stay?
We do offer linens. As part of the “Guest Departure” checklist , we kindly ask that you place all used towels, dishtowels, etc. in the washer. You do not have to start the load of wash; that will be done by the cleaners. All sheets, pillowcases and bedding can be left on the beds. The cleaning company will take care of stripping, washing, and replacing all bedding.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, we love furry friends. We ask that all waste is bagged and disposed of properly.

Are there any accessories for babies/toddlers (gates, highchair, etc.)
No, unfortunately, we would ask you to prepare and bring your necessities.

Will there be any type of household supplies onsite and which ones should I consider bringing?
Some household supplies will be provided, such as:
Dish detergent/dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, lighter, and you may find condiments in the refrigerator; however, if you want to be sure, please bring them.

What type of cookware/dinnerware, utensils and small appliances are available for use?
The home is well-stocked with dinner plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, utensils and cookware. Also available is a toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and range.

Is there trash pick-up?
All trash is to be separated, trash and recyclables. All trash to be emptied from house and placed in shed upon departure. The cleaners will come to remove it and/or the trash pick-up will be scheduled.

Will there be WIFI and Television instructions?
Yes. Upon arrival, there will be a QR code to scan for this information. As well, a written document will be on the kitchen counter with other “welcome” items.

What type of payment is accepted for the rental reservation?
The following payments will be accepted:
We accept money orders or bank checks payable to Driftwood Property Management, LLC. If paying by this method, the money order or check must be remitted at least 2 weeks prior to the reservation start date. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
We accept Visa or MasterCard (for security purposes, renters enter card information from an invoice and payment link provided – we will never ask for any card information).

Are there Cancellation Fees assessed if for some reason we cannot fulfill our commitment to stay as agreed?
Yes. If you have reserved your stay, we are blocking off that timeframe especially for you. This prevents us from offering the property to other renters. If you cancel within 30 days of your first day of your intended stay, we charge a flat fee of $500. For all other cancellations done with a notice of 30 days or more, no fee is assessed.
